While on tour for their new album, Irish rock band The Script is making a stop at the State Farm Center on Saturday, Oct. 7.

Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show go on sale Friday, July 28 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased on the State Farm Center’s website, in person at the west lobby of the Center, or by phone at 866-ILLINI-1.

Ticket costs will range from $28 to $38, not including taxes.

It’s been almost three years since The Script released new music, but their fifth album, Freedom Child, is out Sept. 1. Their songs “Breakeven” and “The Man Who Can’t Be Moved” made the Billboard Top 100 in 2008 and 2010.
