Champaign

Theft was reported at the Champaign Public Library, 200 W. Green St., Monday.

According to the police report, security reported two video games missing from the library. Three offenders were noticed on video surveillance, but no arrests have been made.

A 19-year-old man was arrested on the charge of damaging property at the 2100 block of West White Street, Monday.

According to the police report, the male offender kicked and damaged a 19-year-old woman’s door.

A 45-year-old man was arrested on charges of burglary, forgery, theft and deceptive practices at the 600 block of Crescent Drive, Aug. 14.

According to the police report, the offender scammed a 60-year-old man out of a large sum of money.

A 22-year-old man was arrested on the charge of disorderly conduct at the 600 block of South Crescent Drive, Tuesday.

According to the police report, the victim, a 42-year-old woman, was alarmed when she thought the suspect had a gun in his pants. Officers discovered it to be an air soft gun.

A 32-year-old man reported robbery at the 600 block of North State Street, Tuesday.

According to the police report, two unknown offenders battered the victim as he walked down the sidewalk. The offenders stole the victim’s wallet and fled the scene.

One World Pizza, 508 E. Green St., reported deceptive practices, Monday.

According to the police report, the offender made a purchase with counterfeit money. Counterfeit $20 bills, a CD/DVD disk, two pizzas and one order of wings were stolen.

Urbana

Theft was reported at Silvercreek, 402 N. Race St., Monday.

According to the police report, the two unknown offenders left the restaurant without paying their bill.

A 29-year-old man reported armed robbery at Lincoln Lodge, 403 W. University Ave., Monday.

According to the police report, the victim, while working, was robbed at knifepoint by an unknown offender. The victim was forced to give the offender cash out of the register. The offender was not found. The victim was arrested for an outstanding warrant.

University

A 21-year-old woman was arrested on the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing justice at the 800 block of South Wright Street, at 11:34 p.m. on Saturday.

According to the police report, she was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license, illegal transportation of liquor and a traffic sign violation.
