A 21-year-old man reported theft at the 400 block of East Stoughton Street on Monday.

According to the police report, the victim’s laptop was stolen from his bedroom during a party.

A 26-year-old man was arrested on the charge of criminal damage to property at Chester Street Bar, 63 E. Chester St., on Monday.

According to the police report, the offender damaged a window.

A 26-year-old man reported theft at Murphy’s Pub, 604 E. Green St., on Sunday.

According to the police report, the victim left his jacket on a chair inside the business. When the victim went to retrieve the jacket, it had been stolen.

Bankier Apartments reported arson at the 200 block of East Green Street on Monday.

According to the police report, the unknown offenders attempted to set fire to an apartment door.

Bombay Indian Grill reported burglary at 302 S. First St., on Monday.

According to the police report, the offender gained entry to the business, entered and stole cash.

A 49-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at the 2100 block of Rodney Drive on Oct. 10.

According to the police report, the suspect spray painted the victim’s truck and flattened his tire.

Urbana

An 18-year-old man, a 20-year-old man and an 18-year-old woman were all arrested on the charges of liquor purchase, possession and consumption by minors at the 800 block of West Oregon Street on Friday.

According to the police report, officers responded to a loud noise call. A 21-year-old man was arrested on the charge of liquor-license required to sell. A 21-year-old woman was arrested on the charge of liquor-open container/public property and a 22-year-old man was arrested for hindering/refusing to obey officers.

A 22-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at the 2400 block of Prairie Green Drive on Monday.

According to the police report, an unknown offender broke the victim’s patio door.

University

Criminal damage to property was reported at University parking lot A-11, 403 E. Healey Street, between 10 p.m. on Friday and 1:30 a.m. on Saturday.

According to the police report, damages were estimated at $1,000.

Criminal damage to property was reported at University parking lot E-15, 404 E. Pennsylvania Ave., between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Friday.

According to the police report, a car key was used to damage a vehicle.
