Champaign

Aggravated battery was reported at the 700 block of South Randolph Street, Wednesday morning.

According to the police report, the offender cut the victim with an unknown object and has not yet been located.

A 32-year-old woman was arrested at the 400 block of Dodson Drive, Wednesday morning.

According to the police report, the offender forcefully broke through the victim’s screen door in an attempt to enter the residence. She was shouting threats to the victim and wielding a bottle as a weapon. The offender fled when police were called and was later located and charged with home invasion and criminal damage to property.

Urbana

A 37-year-old man and a 52-year-old man were arrested at the 300 block of Crystal Lake Drive, Wednesday morning.

According to the police report, officials served the offenders with a search warrant and discovered both offenders to be in possession of illegal drugs and drug equipment. The offenders were charged with possession of illegal substances with the intent to manufacture, possession of drug equipment and unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition.

A 45-year-old man was arrested at the 500 block of East Oregon Street, Wednesday afternoon.

According to the police report, officers stopped the vehicle during an investigation and found the offender had no valid driver’s license, no insurance and a warrant out for his arrest.

Criminal damage to property was reported at the 900 block of South Lierman Avenue, Wednesday evening.

According to the police report, an unknown offender damaged a window on the victim’s van with a rock.

University

Theft was reported at Allen Hall, 1005 W. Gregory Drive, Tuesday night.

According to the police report, an unknown offender stole an unattended portable hard drive from a computer lab.

Theft was reported at Digital Computer Lab, 1304 W. Springfield Ave., Tuesday evening.

According to the police report, the offender grabbed a laptop computer from the table the victim was sitting at. The victim pursued the offender but lost track of him.

Theft was reported at the Undergraduate Library, 1402 W. Gregory Drive, Tuesday morning.

According to the police report, an unknown offender stole seven DVDs from their cases.

Theft was reported at Espresso Royale in the Illini Union, 1400 W. Green St., Saturday morning.

According to the police report, between $220 and $250 in cash was discovered missing from the café.
