* Theft of motor vehicle parts was reported at the 2300 block of North Prospect Avenue on Wednesday.

According to the report, an unknown subject stole a license plate and then stole gasoline from the Mobil Super Pantry.

* Criminal damage to property was reported at the 700 block of North Hickory Street.

According to the report, the window of the victim’s vehicle was damaged by an unknown suspect while it was parked on the street in front of the American Legion.

According to the report, the victim observed a suspect take her bicycle from the front porch of the residence. The suspect has not been located.

* Illegal dumping was reported at the 200 block of Ells Avenue on Tuesday.

According to the report, an unknown suspect abandoned a couch on the victim’s property.

* A notice to appear was issued at the 600 block of East Eureka Street on Monday.

According to the report, the subjects were shooting off illegal fireworks that struck a patrol car.

* Theft of motor vehicle parts was reported at the 100 block of West John Street on Tuesday.

According to the report, the victim had a license plate stolen from his delivery van Saturday.

* Burglary and forgery were reported at the 100 block of West University Avenue on Tuesday.

According to the report, the suspect presented a stolen or forged check at Busey Bank. The suspect was arrested and taken to jail.

* Criminal damage to property was reported at the 300 block of West Green Street on Monday.

According to the report, the suspect was issued a state notice to appear after throwing rocks at the victim’s window causing it to break.

*Urbana*

* Residential burglary was reported at the 1900 block of North Lincoln Avenue, Capstone Quarters, on Monday.

According to the report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s apartment by damaging a window. Nothing was taken and the offender ran out after discovering a resident was home.

* Illegal consumption of liquor by a minor was reported at the 100 block of East Main Street on Tuesday.

According to the report, the suspect was issued a state of Illinois notice to appear for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

*University*

* A 21-year-old female was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of West University Avenue, Champaign.

According to the report, she was arrested on charges of not having a valid driver’s license and for operating an uninsured vehicle. She was initially stopped for having expired registration.
