  • A juvenile appointment was set for a 13-year-old boy after he damaged a vehicle at Franklin Middle School, 817 Harris Ave., early Tuesday night.

According to a police report, the boy broke a taillight on a vehicle owned by a 22-year-old man.

  • A 41-year-old man reported being robbed at the corner of Second and Washington Streets late Monday night.

According to a police report, 6 unknown offenders battered the man and stole his money and a Walkman.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A 23-year-old man and a 28-year-old man reported items stolen from his residence at the 2500 block of West Springfield Avenue on Oct. 4.

According to a police report, an unknown offender stole a PlayStation 2, a video game, three DVDs and a portable CD player.

According to a police report, the man was seen sitting on the sidewalk and urinating.

  • A 28-year-old man and a 63-year-old man reported items stolen from their vehicle and damage to their residence at the 200 block of East Park Avenue late Wednesday night.

According to a police report, an unknown offender damaged the front door to their home and stole an air compressor, a chop saw, two drills and a space heater from their vehicle.

  • A 30-year-old woman reported being robbed outside of Dollar General Store, 2004-B W. Springfield Ave., late Wednesday night.

  • A 35-year-old man was transported to the hospital at the 1000 block of Cunningham Avenue late Wednesday morning.

According to a police report, the man was seen sleeping in a parking lot. After checking his welfare, police discovered the man was extremely intoxicated.

  • A 65-year-old woman was found unconscious in her home at the 900 block of Harvey Avenue late Wednesday afternoon.

According to a police report, the woman had a minor injury and it is unknown if she suffered from a medical condition or if there were criminal circumstances.

  • A 79-year-old woman reported jewelry stolen from her home at the 1700 block of Amber Lane sometime between Sunday afternoon and Wednesday afternoon.

According to a police report, an unknown offender entered the woman’s room and stole a gold necklace.

  • A 26-year-old woman reported her bike stolen at the 300 block of North Busey Avenue sometime between Tuesday night and late Wednesday afternoon.

According to a police report, an unknown offender took the woman’s locked bike from a bike rack outside of her apartment building.

  • An apartment building was reportedly damaged at the 1700 block of East Colorado Avenue Wednesday afternoon.

According to a police report, an unknown offender kicked in the door of a vacant apartment.

  • A 56-year-old man reported trespassing at the 400 block of South Lynn Street sometime between Tuesday morning and late Wednesday afternoon.

According to a police report, the man believes that a 52-year-old man that was previously evicted from his residence returned without permission to take a shower.

University

  • A lockbox located in a first floor office in Temple Hoyne Buell Hall, 611 E. Lorado Taft Dr., was reportedly found missing its contents sometime Wednesday.

According to a police report, an unknown offender stole $600 from the box sometime between Sept. 27 and Oct. 11.

No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

  • A GPS antenna/receiver, valued at $175, was reportedly stolen from the top of a university parking deck at the 1200 block of West University Avenue sometime between the morning of Sept. 27 and late Wednesday morning.

According to a police report, the unit was part of an array of antennas owned and used by the U.S. Geological Survey.

No arrest had been made at the time of the report.
