Another student was arrested as part of a large drug sweep by University police.

A 20-year-old male was arrested at the Delta Chi fraternity house, 1111 South First Street, May 2. According to the police report, the man was arrested on an in-state warrant.

“He was part of that original group of individuals involved in this larger drug sweep,” said Lt. Roy Acree of the University police.

Acree said the man was not arrested at the same time as other suspects because he could not be located when the other arrests were being made.
