In order to repair a water main, Illinois American Water is closing a lane of John Street east of Mattis Avenue this week.

The westbound lane of John Street will be closed from Tuesday until Friday, weather permitting. In addition, a northbound lane of Mattis Avenue will close Tuesday from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
