University rental lots posted for enforcement from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. will be open for public parking at 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, effective Nov. 2, the day after daylight savings, according to the University’s parking website.
The change is supposed to assist those who commute to campus in the winter, when it gets darker earlier.
Parking meters and 24-hour lots and spaces will not be affected by this change.
