The College of Media is in the process of finding a new Dean. One candidate, Dr. Laurence Alexander, currently Professor and Associate Dean of the Graduate College at the University of Florida, will be engaged in conversation with faculty, administration, staff and students of the College of Media today, Nov. 30 and Tuesday, Dec. 1.
He will be discussing the future of media education.
The three other candidates for College of Media Dean are:
Steve Jones, University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Communication.
Gary Kebbel, John S. and James L. Knight Foundation journalism program director.

Student participation in the search process is critical to its success and students are encouraged to attend the presentation and reception.
The presentation is from 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. in the Alice Campbell Alumni Center.
