Illini-Alert System test set for Tuesday morning

The campus will be testing the Illini-Alert System 10 a.m., Dec. 1, as well as the emergency pop-up message on the Illinois homepage and all other campus Web pages that have been coded to show such messages.

It is important for students to be registered at emergency.illinois.edu in order to receive texts and email notifications in the event of major campus emergencies. When registering for Illini-Alert, please follow all instructions including sending yourself a test text message. For questions or problems concerning the Illini-Alert service, please contact the CITES Help Desk at (217) 244-7000 or email [email protected].

If you have registered and do not recieve the test messages tomorrow morning around 10 a.m., contact the CITES Help Desk.
