According to the police report, the offender was arrested for obstructing an officer after refusing to cooperate during the investigation of an incident.

n Criminal damage to property was reported at the 2500 block of Clayton Road on March 10.

According to the police report, an unknown offender damaged the driver’s side door of the victim’s vehicle while it was parked on the street.
