A 19-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Neil Street and Bradley Avenue on March 21.

According to the police report, the offender was arrested for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without a license and failing to signal.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Clark and Elm Streets on Saturday morning.

According to the police report, the offender was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, causing an accident involving non-injury, property damage, causing an accident on private property and running from the scene of the accident.
