—Armed robbery was reported on the 2500 block of West Springfield Avenue at around 11 p.m. Monday.

According to the report, the victim was held up at gunpoint. Money and food was taken from the victim.

—Retail theft was reported at the Wal-mart Supercenter, 2610 N. Prospect Ave., at around 12:30 p.m. Monday.

According to the report, an unknown male offender stole a computer from the store.

—A 28-year-old male was arrested near Wright Street and University Avenue at around 1 a.m. Saturday on the charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug equipment.

According to the report, the man was arrested during a traffic stop for improper lane usage.
