Criminal sexual assault was reported around 11:30 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, the victim alleges to have been sexually assaulted, but the location and time is unknown.

Burglary and criminal damage to property were reported in the 500 block of East Healey Street around 4 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, the victim’s vehicle was burglarized and damaged by an unknown suspect in a parking lot.

A 27-year-old male was arrested on charges of obstructing justice, resisting police, in-state warrant and disorderly conduct on the intersection of Green and Fourth streets around 9 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, the arrestee made lewd comments to a female and fled from officers attempting to question him. The suspect was apprehended.

A 28-year-old male was arrested on charges of aggravated battery at a Quick Shop, 1511 E. Washington St., around 9:30 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, the offender engaged in a fight with the victim in the store’s parking lot, leaving a small cut on the victim’s middle finger after biting it.

Forgery was reported in the 2100 block of Amber Lane around 11 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, the unknown offender created a fake check under the victim’s account information, also forging the victim’s signature on the check.
A case of theft was reported at Circle K, 810 W. Green St., around 5 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, the female offender drove off from the gas station without paying for her fuel.
