Champaign

Theft was reported on the 200 block of West Vine Street around 2 a.m. Tuesday. According to the report, the victim parked his bicycle behind an apartment building, leaving it unattended and unlocked for approximately two hours. Upon his return, the bicycle had been taken.

Criminal damage to property was reported near Harvard Street and North McKinley Avenue around 7 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the window of the victim’s vehicle was broken during an apparent road rage incident. The victim reported he saw a man with a handgun during the incident, but no such suspect was located.

An arrest was made on the charge of theft at County Market, 331 E. Stoughton St., around 4:30 p.m. Monday. According to the report, two suspects entered the store, concealed a bottle of alcohol and left without paying. The female suspect was arrested.

Urbana

Theft was reported on the 500 block of East Washington Street around 1:30 p.m. Monday. According to the report, the victim reported an unknown offender had stolen her daughter’s bicycle from the carport. The bicycle was left unlocked.

Burglary was reported at Firestone, 303 W. Main St., around 8:30 a.m. Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender broke into the victim’s vehicle and took property from inside.
