2019 Class Report shows greater enrollment diversity

The University has demonstrated ‘notable’ improvement in diversity after issuing the Report on the Entering Class of 2019.

The report, which was released by the Office of Undergraduate Admissions on Thursday morning, showed a larger representation of countries through the enrollment of international students. Additionally, fall 2019 showed an increase in the enrollment of women, African American and Latino students, with an overall increase in the attendance of underrepresented students.

“This year’s class is most notable because of its diversity in gender, race and ethnicity, and local, national, and global geography,” said Andy Borst, Director of Undergraduate Admissions, in the report.
