Theft was reported on the 1800 block of South Orchard Place, Urbana on Jan. 11. According to the report, a University student reported that a package containing headphones had been stolen from his apartment. The headphones had a retail value of $583.

Urbana

Forgery was reported on the 1400 block of East Washington Street around 12:14 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, a person unknowingly used a fraudulent $100 bill to obtain services at the Silver Bullet. The bill was confiscated.

Battery was reported on the 600 block of West Park at Carle Hospital around 7 p.m. on Jan. 21. According to the report, the victim and offender are acquaintances that work together. The victim was battered by the offender at a staff meeting.
