Rapper T.I.’s concert canceled due to power outage

A concert scheduled at Assembly Hall on Sunday from rapper T.I. has been canceled, according to the University.

Robin Kaler, University spokeswoman, said the concert, which had been scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m., has been canceled due to the power outages from Sunday’s wind and storms.

Assembly Hall is currently working on rescheduling the concert, said Jenny Larson, assistant director for marketing. More information should be available by the end of the week on a new date or refunds.

In addition, an the Maxwell Street Klezmer Band was scheduled to perform at 7 p.m. at the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts. That event has been canceled as well.
