• Burglary was reported in the 200 block of East John Street around 7 p.m. Sunday.

According to the report, the victims returned to their apartment after break and found items missing. 

• Burglary was reported at Pickens Chicken & Soul Food, 904 North Fourth Street around 7 a.m. Sunday.

According to the report, unknown offenders used a piece of concrete to break a window of the business. The offenders entered the business through the broken window and took the cash register from the store. The cash register was located.

Urbana

• Theft was reported in the 500 block of South Busey Avenue around 4:30 p.m. Monday.

According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s bicycle from the apartment’s bicycle rack.

• Harassment by electronic communication was reported in the 100 block of South Poplar Street around 4 p.m. Monday.

According to the report, the victim received multiple text messages and voicemail messages from the offender over the past year. The victim informed the offender to stop contacting her and the offender refused. The offender continued to contact the victim through factious phone numbers sporadically.
