Theft was reported at County Market, 331 E. Stoughton St., around 6 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, the offender attempted to leave the store with concealed products but was stopped by loss prevention.

Forgery was reported at Marketplace Mall, 2000 N. Neil St., around 2 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, three offenders passed counterfeit currency off to multiple businesses in the mall. One of the offenders illegally possessed a firearm and provided false information during the investigation to avoid arrest.

Criminal damage to property was reported in the 2100 block of Ivy Court around 8 a.m. Wednesday. According to the report, an exterior light and and window on the victim’s residency was damaged by an unknown offender.

Theft was reported at Walgreens, 302 E. University Ave., around 5 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, a group of unknown offenders stole multiple cosmetics, household items and medicinal drugs without offering payment.

Identity theft was reported on the 1600 block of Willow Road around 4 p.m. Thursday. According to the report, an unknown offender opened a POWER account in the victim’s name.
