Champaign County Fair to kick off next week

The Champaign County Fair will begin next Friday, July 19, lasting until the following Saturday, July 27.
Featuring a variety of activities from musical performances to fair rides to exhibits and treats of all kinds, the fair plans to house entertainment for all ages.
Starting off the festivities before the fair begins, the Champaign County Fair queen will be crowned on Sunday, July 14 at 2 p.m. at the City Center in Champaign.
Justin Lynch headlines the fair on Friday, July 26, accompanied by performances from Dylan Scott and Jimmie Allen.
The fair will take place at the Champaign County Fair Association, located at 1302 N. Coler Ave. in Urbana.
