Credit card fraud and theft of lost/mislaid property was reported on the 1800 block of Philo Road around 4:10 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, the unknown offender took possession of the victim’s cell phone and debit card that she dropped in a parking lot. The offender then used the debit card at multiple locations without permission.

Theft of lost/mislaid property was reported at the intersection of West Green Street and South Goodwin Avenue around 3 p.m. on Wednesday. According to the report, the victim believes his cell phone fell out of his pocket while on a city bus. The bus company has not located the phone.
