Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1000 block of South Rainbow View around 4:56 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the unknown offender caused damage to the victim’s vehicle window. 

Theft $500 and under was reported on the 2100 block of South Race Street around 3:41 p.m. on Thursday. According to the report, the offender stole roles of collectible pennies while doing electrical work at the victim’s residence.
