Urbana

Motor vehicle theft was reported on the 400 block of North Harvey Street around 5:10 p.m. on Sunday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s vehicle.

Retail theft was reported on the 100 block of South High Cross Road around 3:14 p.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the male and female offender entered the Urbana Walmart and brought merchandise to the checkout. The female offender scanned her merchandise but did not pay for it. She then passed all other points of checkout without paying for the merchandise, when she was stopped by asset protection and refused to cooperate. She then fled the store with the male offender.

Burglary from a motor vehicle was reported on the 800 block of Oakland Avenue around 9:17 a.m. on Sunday. According to the report, the unknown offender entered the victim’s unoccupied vehicle and stole multiple items.
