An offender was issued a State of Illinois notice to appear in court at the Public Safety Building, 1110 W. Springfield Ave. around 9:05 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the offender violated an order of protection. He entered Roger Adams Laboratory, 600 S. Mathews Ave., for work-related duties. A judge had previously ordered the offender to avoid the building.

Theft $500 and under was reported near University and Goodwin avenues between 4 p.m. on Monday and 6 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the bicycle was locked to a rack. The estimated value of the bicycle is $200. 

Urbana

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 800 block of Division Avenue around 5:30 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender damaged the victim’s vehicle by scratching the paint and leaving marks.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 00 block of unknown Urbana around 6:46 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, the offender damaged multiple victim’s vehicle tires throughout multiple hundred blocks of multiple streets in a residential neighborhood.
