Theft over $500 was reported in the 300 block of Stoughton Street around 6 p.m. last Thursday. According to the report, the victim tried to buy a PlayStation 5 but only received the box.

University

Theft over $500 was reported at the Natural Resources Building, 607 E. Peabody Dr., and at the Forbes Natural History Building, 1816 S. Oak St., on Wednesday. According to the report, catalytic converters were stolen from three University-owned vehicles sometime before Feb. 22. The converters have an estimated value of $3000 each.
