An arrest was made on the charges of domestic battery and on a City of Champaign warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia near Clark and Elm Streets around 2 p.m. on Friday. According to the report, police initially responded after reports that a man had stabbed another person with a screwdriver. The injury did not require medical attention.

Urbana

Burglary from a motor vehicle was reported in the 1800 block of Philo Road around 8 p.m. on Sunday. According to the report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s unlocked vehicle and removed a firearm and other items.

Burglary of motor vehicle parts and access was reported in the 700 block of Springfield Avenue around 10 a.m. on Sunday. According to the report, an unknown offender moved the victim’s moped from outside his residence and removed items. The moped was located but the offender was not.
