Arrests were made on the charges of the manufacture of a controlled substance and the delivery and manufacture of cannabis over 30 grams in the 1800 block of Valley Road around 10 a.m. on Thursday. According to the report, a search warrant was issued at the location where cocaine, cannabis, controlled substance pills, an unknown powder substance and $3,727 was found.
