Residential burglary was reported on the 200 block of South Third Street around 5 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, the incident happened while they were out of town.

Urbana
Battery was reported on the 1500 block of Philo Road around 9:30 a.m. on Monday. According to the report, the offender and the victim were having an argument over food, when the offender allegedly displayed a knife and pushed the victim. The offender denied these allegations.
Theft of a motor vehicle was reported on the 1200 block of Silver Street around 8 a.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s vehicle, which was likely unlocked and had the keys in the ignition.
