Theft of a motor vehicle and driving under a revoked license was reported in the 2500 block of Philo Road around 5 p.m. on Tuesday. According to the report, the offender and the victim have a mutual dislike for each other and were involved in a dispute. The offender, who has a revoked driver’s license, took the victim’s pickup truck without permission.
