Robbery was reported in the 2100 block of West Springfield Avenue around 6 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, the offender entered the business and produced a threatening note demanding money.

University

Urbana

Theft of a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property were reported in the 300 block of West University Avenue around 1 p.m. on Monday. According to the report, an unknown offender stole a vehicle from a local car dealership lot. Days prior, an unknown offender damaged a vehicle in the same lot.
