The No. 6 Illinois volleyball team swept South Carolina Saturday morning 25-21, 25-21 and 25-23.
This now puts the Illini at 2-0 to start the season.
Senior Laura DeBruler led the way for the team with 19 kills and 12 digs.
Illinois will conclude the State Farm Illini classic Tournament tonight when they face Middle Tennessee at 7 p.m.
