Events around CU help students get into holiday spirit

Celebrating the holidays away from home is easy in Champaign-Urbana. Here are some ways to start off holiday festivities early.

Pauli Carman and the Tons O Fun Band

Pauli Carman, lead singer for CBS Recording group “Champaign,” will sing holiday songs along with the Tons ‘O Fun Band and appearances by the Central Illinois Children’s Chorus. Tony Clements MC for this show, and a portion of the proceeds will go towards the Virginia Theatre Restoration Fund and the Developmental Service Center’s “Tree of Hope” Campaign.
