Green Street will be closed between Wright and Sixth streets on Saturday to allow for the removal of trusses that once supported the apartments above Mia Za’s, Zorba’s and Pitaya.
The closure will begin at 7 a.m. and Green Street will reopen at 7 p.m.
This is a one-time removal that requires additional space for the size of the trusses, according to a press release from Petry Kuhne Company General Contractors.
Local businesses will remain open.
