Since it was announced that Victoria’s Secret will be throwing its PINK party at the University this year, many of the details have been kept under wraps. As the event approaches, more information is being revealed.

The party will be held on Thursday, Oct. 6, at Lot 31, across from Memorial Stadium, at First and Oak streets, according to a Victoria’s Secret press release.

Models Chanel Iman and Elsa Hosk will be in attendance, as will DJ Irie, of Miami. Further musical guests will be announced Sept. 19.

Before the party starts, you can also shop at the pop-up shop, where students can buy the latest items from the PINK clothing line and special, limited-edition Fighting Illini Bash T-shirts. The shop will be open Oct. 5 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at an undecided location.

Students who bring toiletry items to donate to a local charity will receive a free PINK item.

The party is open on a first come first serve basis, as capacity is limited.
