    – An armed robbery and a criminal damage to property was reported on Friday just after 10 p.m.at the 1700 block of Florida Avenue. According to the report, two unknown offenders took the victim’s cell phone and money at gunpoint.

    – A forgery was reported on Saturday just after 1 p.m. at the County Market in the 1800 block of Philo Road. According to the report, the unknown offender had a counterfeit $5 bill in his possession and tried to use it at the grocery store.

    – A possession of cannabis was reported Saturday just after 3 p.m. at the 1000 block of University Avenue. According to the report, the arrestee was issued a City of Urbana notice to appear in court.

    – A student was arrested on Friday just after 2 a.m. in the 300 block of Daniel Street for resisting and obstructing a police officer and for criminal damage to firefighting equipment. According to the report, the student crossed the intersection of Fourth and Daniel discharging a fire extinguisher and ran when police tried to stop him.

    – A forgery was reported on Wednesday just after 4 p.m. at the TCF Bank, 809 Wright Street. According to the report, it was discovered that a student was give a fraudulent check for $3800 dollars for tutoring when they tried to deposit it.
