The Urbana South Sexuality and Gender Alliance, or USSGA, is holding a drag show to expose students to different gender roles.

The USSGA is a registered student organization comprised of resident advisors from Florida Avenue Residence, Pennsylvania Avenue Residence and the Urbana South neighborhood.

The group has put on drag shows for the past two years and will host their third on Februrary 10 in multipurpose room at FAR. The show will be streamed into Room 5 for students who show up after the multipurpose room is full. The event will begin at 8 p.m. and last for about two and a half hours.

“The show is to expose students to new things and get student to rethink what gender roles really are and hopefully get them thinking in a new perspective,” said Hani Kuttab, a resident advisor.
