  • According to the report, the man battered the victim. 
• Theft was reported in the 1000 block of South Third Street around 12 p.m. Monday. 
  • According to the report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s front license plate.

• Burglary from a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property were reported in the 200 block of East California Avenue around 11 a.m. Monday.
  • According to the report, an unknown offender broke the window of the victim’s vehicle and stole an item from the vehicle. 
• Criminal damage to property was reported in the 100 block of North Broadway Avenue around 12:30 p.m. Monday.
  • According to the report, an unknown offender threw a bottle at a business, damaging a window. 
• A 34-year-old woman was arrested on the charges of burglary and retail theft at Walmart, 100 S. High Cross Rd., around 1:30 p.m. Monday.
  • According to the report, the woman pulled her car into a private drive and turned off the car’s lights. When police approached, they learned the woman had just stolen items from Walmart. She was arrested and the juvenile passengers were returned to parents.
