Champaign

— Battery was reported at Red Lion, 211 E. Green St., around 2 a.m. Wednesday.

According to the report, the victim was punched when trying to break up a fight. 

— Theft and deceptive practices were reported at Clybourne’s, 706 S. Sixth St., around 12:30 p.m. Saturday.

According to the report, the victim reported that while she was at the bar, someone stole her wallet and phone from her jacket pocket. Her debit card was used to make fraudulent purchases, and the phone was recovered.

— Criminal damage to property was reported near Fifth and Chalmers streets around 12:30 a.m Tuesday.

According to the report, an unknown offender damaged a tire on the victim’s vehicle. 

Urbana 

— A 20-year-old male was arrested on the charge of domestic battery in the 1300 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 9:30 p.m. Monday.

According to the report, the man and the victim are in an on-and-off relationship and the man battered the victim, causing visible injuries. The offender fled before police arrived but was found and taken into custody.

— Domestic dispute was reported in the 1900 block of North Lincoln Avenue around 6 p.m. Tuesday.

According to the report, the subjects are in a relationship and live together. The victim called to report the two had been arguing over relationship issues and she believes the offender stole money from her.
