Jarling’s Custard Cup in Champaign will reopen Wednesday with reduced hours as the business transitions to new ownership, according to a press release from the restaurant.

Although Jarling’s Custard Cup will be under new ownership, the business’ name and menu will not change. The original menu will be prepared with the same recipes as sold by previous owners, Doug and Christy Jarling.

During the transition, Jarling’s Custard Cup will be open from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The restaurant will be closed Monday and Tuesday of each week.
