Champaign County Coroner Duane Northrup released the identity of the man found unresponsive Thursday morning at ACH Foods located at 710 N. Mattis Ave. in Champaign, said a press release from the Champaign County Coroner’s office.
The man, Kurt Davis, 46, of Champaign was pronounced dead on the scene at 7:12 a.m.
Davis was found inside a rail car used for hauling liquids.
Davis’ death is being investigated by the Champaign Police Department and the Coroner’s office.
