According to the police report, the woman was stopped and found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. A breathalizer test showed she was over the legal limit, and was also driving on a suspended license.
An attempted burglary was reported at the 2500 block of Pinehurst Drive, early Wednesday morning. According to the police report, the resident awoke to find the suspect in the living room. The suspect left after being confronted by the resident.
A 34-year-old woman and 20-year-old man were arrested at the 400 block of East Columbia Avenue, Monday evening. According to the police report, the woman was driving without a license. The man was arrested for possession of under 30 grams of cannabis and also had an in-state warrant for his arrest.
A 20-year-old man was arrested at the TIMES Center, 70 E. Washington St., Tuesday afternoon. According to the police report, the man is a convicted sex offender and failed to report a change in address.

A domestic dispute was reported at the 800 block of East Washington Street, Wednesday evening. According to the police report, the victim and the offender are going through a divorce. The offender, a 47-year-old woman, threw plates at the victim, a 51-year-old man, but did not hit him.
Theft was reported at the 800 block of West Ohio Street, Wednesday afternoon. According to the police report, the interior of the victim’s house was being painted. During that time, a pair of Bose stereo headphones went missing.
Burglary was reported at the 1600 block of Adams Street, early Wednesday morning. According to the police report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s house through unlocked door and stole a purse from the kitchen table, containing a phone, cash, and various credit and debit cards, one of which was fraudulently charged.

A 55-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of Fourth and Clark Street, Tuesday afternoon. According to the police report, the man was stopped after officer’s noticed his left rear brake light was broken. He was arrested on an in-state warrant.
Theft was reported at the Activities and Recreation Center, 201 E. Peabody Dr., Saturday afternoon. According to the police report, a digital camera worth $170 was stolen.
An 18-year-old man was issued a citation at the 700 block of South Sixth Street, Tuesday night. According to the police report, the man was issued the citation to appear in court for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
