A 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old man were arrested on charges of reckless conduct and criminal damage to property at the 200 block of East Church Street, Friday afternoon. According to the police report, the suspects were circling a neighborhood in a vehicle and failed to signal. Burnt cannabis could be smelled during the traffic stop. Police also learned that the suspects had been shooting a BB gun out the window while driving. One damaged vehicle was located.

A 22-year-old man was arrested at the 900 block of West Bradley Avenue for riding a bike at night without a light and being a fugitive from justice, early Monday morning.According to the police report, the subject was issued a ticket for riding a bike at night without a light, and was then found to be a fugitive from justice in Tennessee.

A 52-year-old man reported burglary and criminal damage to property at Delta Tau Delta, 401 E. John St., Monday morning. According to the police report, an unknown suspect entered the building through a bathroom window, plugged up a sink and turned the water on. There was reportedly excessive damage to the building.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on charges of domestic battery at the 100 block of East Park Street, Monday afternoon.According to the police report, a 27-year-old woman was found partially clothed and battered by the suspect.

A 40-year-old man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, possession of under 30 grams of cannabis, possession of drug equipment and driving the wrong way on a one-way street at West Church Street and North Prospect Avenue, Friday night.

A 20-year-old man was arrested on charges of aggravated battery at the 2700 block of West Springfield Avenue, Monday afternoon. According to the police report, A 32-year-old man reported being battered by the suspect.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended drivers license at South Lincoln Avenue and West Nevada Street, Monday evening.

A 23-year-old man was arrested on charges of resisting an officer and was issued a notice to appear for public urination at the South Sixth Street and East John Street, early Tuesday morning.

Theft was reported at the 200 block of East Peabody Drive, Monday afternoon. According to the police report, an unknown offender broke the back window of a truck topper and stole tools, including a saw, drill and flashlight.

A bike was stolen from the racks at Orchard Downs Apartments, 1900 S. Orchard St., Friday night.
