According to the police report the offender filed a false police report and was taken into custody.

A 30-year-old man was arrested at the intersection of University and Central avenues, early Sunday morning.

According to the police report, the officer made contact with two subjects who appeared to be arguing, however they were only joking with each other. The officer then located cannabis on the ground and one of the offenders admitted the cannabis was his.
