The Extreme Makeover: Home Edition that was filmed in Philo, IL, is set to air Oct. 25 on ABC, according to the Brady Homes Facebook page for the show.

Brady Homes organized and ran the construction effort.

The Montgomery family from Philo, which is just south of Urbana, received a brand new home in August. Their original property was 100 years old and had a crumbling roof, torn shingles and chipped windowsills.

Nathan Montogmery runs the nonprofit Salt & Light, a ministry that provides Champaign County’s low-income residents with food, clothes, and household goods. He and his wife Jenny, a teacher’s aide who works with special-needs children, have four kids: Ashton, 13; Benjamin, 9; Addison, 5; and Lillian, 4.
