Burglary from a motor vehicle was arrested at the 2600 block of North Prospect Avenue, Monday morning.

According to the police report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s vehicle and took a GPS and 7 inch portable DVD player.

A 21-year-old man was arrested at the 500 block of Bash Court, Sept. 19.

According to the police report, the offender damaged a vehicle while attending a party and was issued a city notice to appear for fireworks.

A 40-year-old man was arrested at the 1000 block of West Hill Street, Sept. 4.

According to the police report, the man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage.

Residential burglary was reported at the 1200 block of South Northwood Drive, Friday, night.

According to the police report, an unknown offender entered the victim’s residence and stole a Playstation 3, several games and some jewlery.

A 36-year-old man was arrested at the 600 block of North Fourth Street, early Tuesday morning.

According to the police report, the offender was arrested for returning to the victim’s property after being told to leave. He was then charged with criminal trespass.

A 20-year-old man was arrested at the 1800 block of West Bradley Avenue, early Sunday morning.

According to the police reprt, the man was arrested for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Urbana

A 20-year-old man was arrested at the 600 block of West High Street, Sunday morning.

According to the police report, three men when to a party and when one of them did not want to pay the entrance fee, he was punched by the offender who was selling the cups. When another victim approached the offender to talk about the incident, he was also punched in the face. The man was later located and arrested on battery charges.

Public indecency was reported at the 1200 block of West University Avenue, Saturday afternoon.

According to the police report, an unknown offender exposed himself to victim’s at a hotel pool.

Theft was reported at the 400 block of North Gregory Street, Sunday afternoon.

According to the police report, an unknown offender stole the victim’s bicycle that had been locked to a bike rack.

University

A 19-year-old man was arrested at Geovanti’s, 401 E. Green St., early Tuesday morning.

According to the police report, the man was arrested on charges of aggravated battery and illegal consumption of liquor by a minor outside of Geovanti’s.
