According to the police report, the woman was arrested because her three Pitbull breed dogs, 2 adults and 1 puppy, were running at-large without a leash.

A 26-year-old woman reported theft at the 1400 block of Garden Lane, Thursday.

According to the police report, a 34-year-old man entered the home and stole a plasma screen TV, a computer, two sets of car keys, and five clothing items. The suspect could not be found during the time of the report.

Theft was reported at Big Mouth Burgers, 408 E. Green St., Saturday.

According to the police report, multiple suspects stole a brown change box and some U.S. bonds.

A 34-year-old man reported theft at the 2000 block of N. Mattis Avenue, Thursday. According to the police report, an unknown offender stole both license plates from the man’s truck.

A 36-year-old man was arrested at the 1800 block of W. John Street, Saturday.

According to the police report, the man was arrested on the charges of trespass-residence and criminal damage to property for damaging the door of a home.

Urbana

An 18-year-old woman was arrested at the Cunningham Children’s Home, 1301 N. Cunningham Ave., Friday. According to the police report, the offender became upset and broke the window of the business.

An 86-year-old man reported theft at the 1700 block of Amber Lane, Sept. 28.

According to the police report, an unknown offender entered the man’s apartment and took cash.

Theft was reported at the Shell Oil Company, 1812 N. Cunningham Ave., Friday.

According to the police report, an unknown offender pumped gas into a vehicle and left the station without paying.

A 57-year-old man was arrested at the 1000 block of N. Cunningham Ave., Friday. According to the police report, the offender was driving when he became tired and slumped over the wheel. The offender confessed to taking prescription medications before driving.

University

Damage was reported at Everitt Laboratory, 1406 W. Green St., before midnight, Sept. 29. According to the police report, the unknown offender broke a $500 window in the men’s bathroom.

Theft was reported at Grainger Engineering Library Information Center, 1301 W. Springfield Ave., between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., Sept. 27. According to the police reports, three backpacks holding four textbooks were stolen from three separate victims.

A 21-year-old man was issued a notice to appear at the 600 block of E. John Street, early Friday morning. According to the police report, the man was issued the notice to appear for littering.
