According to the police report, the offender was also charged with a hit and run, failure to have a driver’s license, and improper lane usage.
A 25-year-old man was charged with retail theft at County Market, 331 E. Stoughton St., Friday.
According to the police report, the offender stole medicine from the store. He was also charged with trespass to land/retail property.

A 33-year-old woman, a 35-year-old woman and a 55-year-old man were all charged with possession of cannabis at the 900 block of North Third Street, Sept. 24.
According to the police report, a search warrant was served at the listed address. The 33-year-old woman was also charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia.
Residential burglary was reported at the 1000 block of South Locust Street, Thursday.

A 24-year-old man reported aggravated battery at the 800 block of Oakland Avenue, Friday.
According to the police report, the unknown offender shot the victim with a BB gun while the victim was walking in a common area outside of his apartment building.
A 48-year-old man reported criminal damage to property at the 800 block of West Bradley Avenue, Friday.
According to the police report, the victim reported that the unknown offender stole his delivery van and drove it across town. There were no missing items from the truck, but the key switch was damaged.
University
A 19-year-old man, a 20-year-old man, a 21-year-old man and another offender were all arrested on two counts of mob action and two counts of aggravated battery and robbery at the 300 block of East Daniel Street, Wednesday.
According to the police report, the four offenders were arrested in connection with an early morning incident involving two University students.
Theft was reported at the Grainger Engineering Library Information Center, 1301 W. Springfield Ave., Thursday morning.
According to the police report, a laptop worth $1,200 was stolen.
