According to the police report, a man and woman dressed in dark clothing hit the victim in the head and stole a restaurant order he was delivering.

n A 52-year-old man reported burglary at Fiesta Cafe, 216 S. First St., Sunday.

According to the police report, a gray floor safe and money were stolen while one door and one outside power meter were damaged. There are no suspects.

A 26-year-old man reported credit card fraud at the 2000 block of Moreland Boulevard, Thursday.

According to the police report, the victim believes the offender, a 19-year-old man, used his debit card to make unauthorized online purchases.

Big Mouth Burgers reported criminal damage to property at 408 E. Green St., Saturday.

According to the police report, an unknown offender broke through a window at the restaurant.

Two 22-year-old men were charged with damaging property at Andy’s Towing, 515 N. Market St., Saturday.

According to the police report, the subjects were trying to enter the business’ locked parking lot.

A 23-year-old woman reported burglary from her motor vehicle at the 200 block of South Fourth Street, Sunday.

According to the police report, a computer, reading glasses, a GPS system and a backpack were stolen. The car’s door lock was also damaged.

Urbana

A 45-year-old man was arrested for noise prohibition at the 1000 block of East Water Street, Sunday.

According to the police report, the offender was intoxicated and playing music at a level that was disturbing his neighbors. The offender refused to leave the house and turn the music down.

An 18-year-old man was charged with trespassing on property at the Canopy Club, 708 S. Goodwin Ave., on Saturday.

According to the police report, the offender was told to exit the bar multiple times and was notified he would be arrested if he returned. The offender subsequently came back to the bar and was arrested.

University

Theft was reported at the Armory, 505 E. Armory Drive, Sunday afternoon.

According to the police report, a $300 blackboard was stolen from a classroom.

Theft was reported at the Illini Union, 1401 W. Green St., Oct. 1 at 2 p.m.

According to the police report, a $20 scientific calculator and $100 Illinois football tickets were stolen from an unattended backpack.
